Something for Kate at the Forum
I got asked to shoot for SFK when they recently played at the Forum in Melbourne for their 20th Anniversary book they're working on. The brief was rad as I mostly had to shoot from the stage looking out to the crowd, somewhat daunting but fun. I have to keep those shots under wraps but here's a cliched shot of Paul Dempsey...I had a really fun night.

Nike Snow Apparel launch

A Nike event of bloody epic proportions was held at Easey St Agencies last night.
The reason : To launch of their new snow outerwear and footwear range to the industry and peeps who snuck in.
The outcome : Party your face off while listening to Sydney DJ's The Faders, drink loads of Stella or Canadian Club and have your photo taken with a crazy gory bloody medieval feast setting.
Did I say bloody gizzards? Real brains, leg bones, lungs, offal,Intestines, eye balls and gizzards were used. heres a few snaps from the nights amazingness...
For Party shots check www.lifewithoutandy.com/ for some reason I cant make a link today

Billabong City Squared comp

It was that time of year again when Billabong put on the City Squared comp at South Bank in Melbtown. Really fun day with some amazing skateboarding, you could even watch the comp from the bar, where else in the world can you do that i ask?
Here's a shot of the winner, ol mate Sam Giles this guy is so good. Tommy Fynn got 2nd, Jack Kirk 3rd then Reece 'the effn man' Warren, Jacko Fardell 5th and then the old silver fox Chris Wood came 6th. Cheers Woody and Billabong for a great day.

Thirsty Thursday

I was digging around some dusty hard drives earlier today looking for an old shot and came across a bunch of semi old shots that never made the shiny paper for various reasons. Sometimes shots just slip thru the hoop whether it be because editors don't have tangible negs anymore and they forget what they have - or more than likely the shots just don't have a justifiable home at the time. [or pretty much they suck] I'm def not saying these should have been printed, just saying this is what can happen so chill out.

Mark and Steve
I met Steve at the Redbull tent yesterday, we went and got fish and chips after the race. Mark was feeling a bit flat after his 5th place finish, he soon chirped up after a nice piece of grilled fish from Trent at the fisho.
